Art is something that you can be creative about and do whatever you like in it .
What excites you / what do you enjoy about art ?
I enjoy doing sketches and then colouring them in rainbow colours .
How do you feel when you are in art class or just making art on your own ?
At school art is like a free break where I can relax and express myself .
What is your favourite piece of art that you have created ?
My favourite piece of art I have created is an optical illusion where we had to colour in and make it 3D .
What is your favourite type of art to work on in class ? / What has been your favourite project in art this year ?
My favourite type of artwork are sketches that I do of the first things that come to my head .
Do you have a favourite artist ? No , too many to choose from .
Harrison ( 6T ) What does art mean to you ?
Art is something that you can express yourself and have fun with or if you are feeling sad art can help you feel better again .
What excites you / what do you enjoy about art ?
I feel excited when I enter the art room because of all the new techniques I learn . At the end of the day I really don ’ t want to leave and it doesn ’ t help when you have the best art teacher in the world .
How do you feel when you are in art class or just making art on your own ?
I feel great when I am in art because it is just so nice and calm when people are concentrating .
What is your favourite piece of art that you have created ?
My favourite piece of art is my Taylor Hawking ’ s portrait that I started in Term 3 and finished in Term 4 .
What is your favourite type of art to work on in class ? / What has been your favourite project in art this year ?
Drawing little stickman people with mixed up bodies .
Do you have a favourite artist ?
Van Gogh because of all the lines that he does in his art work .

What excites you / what do you enjoy about art ?
I enjoy everything we do in art .
How do you feel when you are in art class or just making art on your own ?
I feel very artistic .

My favourite piece of art is the sculptures we made .
What is your favourite type of art to work on in class ? / What has been your favourite project in art this year ?
My favourite project is the group Halloween banners we made . We designed our group picture and then painted on fabric . They were hung around the school for Halloween .

Art for me is a time to explore the world of colour and shapes .
What excites you / what do you enjoy about art ?
I like making 3D pieces of art the most .
How do you feel when you are in art class or just making art on your own ? I feel relaxed .
What is your favourite piece of art that you have created ? I love the Halloween banner we worked on in class in Term 4 .
What is your favourite type of art to work on in class ? / What has been your favourite project in art this year ? Picasso face . Do you have a favourite artist ? Picasso .
Thomas ( 5T ) What does art mean to you ? Art is a fun and creative co-curricular subject .
What excites you / what do you enjoy about art ? I love making sculptures out of paper mache and clay .
How do you feel when you are in art class or just making art on your own ? I feel like my mind is free with no limits .
What is your favourite piece of art that you have created ? The Picasso faces we made in Term 1 .
What is your favourite type of art to work on in class ? / What has been your favourite project in art this year ? Keith Haring ’ s work was my favourite . Do you have a favourite artist ? I do quite like Vincent Van Gogh .
