Highway Star Garage

The car scene nowadays isn’t what it used to be. We won’t always find the nicest of people, but we do find those needles in a haystack that are looking to make a difference. Passion, determination and perseverance all come hand in hand when you are looking for top qualities in people. Not only do you look for someone who loves what they do but who also wants to help others and not just themselves. We got a chance to spend some time with Highway Star Manny founder of Highway Star Garage and got to know him a bit. It’s rare to find someone so passionate not only about their cars but about a lifestyle that creates a brotherhood, something we all feel the car scene lacks nowadays. Manny not only has a vision for his crew, but a vision people can also follow in tandem with and grow from.

Manny’s vision of Highway Star Garage started with a driving style. The C-1 and Wangan racing style always fascinated Manny and knowing he needed to stop street racing for all purposes intended, Manny took to the highway. His passion for driving fast later took him to the tracks where it belongs. But Manny’s true reflection on where he wanted Highway Star to be and how he wanted to represent it came on a trip to NOPI Nationals out in Atlanta with a couple friends.
