Once the couple found their homeroom, they claimed two seats in the back of the room near the window. They hoped the teacher wouldn’t get the wrong idea and think they were trouble makers, but those seats would help them discuss topics that shouldn’t be heard by others.

“Ugh. Akira is so lucky. He doesn’t start school until tomorrow. It’s unfair to us freshmen.”

“Stop complaining Kira. It’s supposed to benefit us, you know get used to the school before the other three grades of students are in the building. It’s not your brothers fault either.”

“Still, I’d rather be lost than have to go to school a day early.”

The conversation ended there since their homeroom teacher Miss Cross arrived. Students quickly found their seats and settled down.

“Good morning class. Before we begin, I would like to inform you that today there will not be a specialists period, instead you may roam around the school and get accustomed to the building. Continuing on, I will begin the attendance.”
