For Monofilament Line to Braided Fishing Line use the Modified Albright Knot 1 | Page 2
around itself and the monofilament line another 7 to 10-times. It is best to make the number of
turns up and down the loop equal. Pass the braided fishing line back through the original loop
that was formed when you started the knot. Lubricate the knot with saliva and slowly and evenly
pull tightlyon both ends of the braided fishing line so the wraps coil neatly next to each other
around the mono.It might be necessary to push the lines together to insure the coils tighten up
uniformly. Once the knot is snugged up, neatly trim away the two tag ends.
