At present , Spondon Dynamos are led by Chair Phillip Tomkinson who is supported by Treasurer Kerry Moore and the club is looking to progress under their guidance . They are committed to providing young players from the local area with an opportunity to play the game in a safe and enjoyable environment whilst helping them to reach their full potential .

In order to make sure that this is achieved they have a Code of Conduct for their players to adhere to with any breach being taken seriously . This approach will not only help players during the time they play football but will also help them to learn valuable skills which can be used outside of the game .
