You should eat dark chocolate in small portions two times a week because it helps with lowering your blood pressure and it improves the flow of blood so by that it prevents blood clots from taking place. Dark chocolate is also good for your brain as it contains chemicals that have an effect on your mood and cognitive health. it contains Phenyl ethylamine which is a chemical your brain creates when falling in love. So by that you can conclude that YES! Chocolate makes you happier.
Along with dark chocolate comes coffee that somehow seems to impact the body in important ways. Coffee reduces types of cancer including those of the throat, and mouth. Also coffee along with dark chocolate can prevent you from having a stroke. Dark chocolate has a lot of vitamins and minerals like for instance; potassium, copper, magnesium, and iron. The copper helps with preventing the stroke, the iron protects the body from anemia and the magnesium prevents the body from heart disease. Coffee on the other hand surprisingly can prevent you from getting Alzheimer's disease! Researchers collected data on the history of people drinking coffee and found that people who drink coffee on a daily basis were 65 percent less likely to get this disease.
