Not only that but also it will lower the risk of getting any sort of heart diseases. The healthy plan contains foods that are low in saturated, and trans fat, also low in cholesterol, salt, and added sugar. It works on controlling the portions of the meals eaten per day. The healthy plan would include lean meats, fish, eggs, nuts and beans. It would emphasize more fruits, vegetables, skimmed milk products.
