Since RASFF has been operating for
35 years, the Commission felt that
it was time to upgrade their policy. For this reason, the Regulatory
Fitness and Performance Program
(REFIT) was established. It covers
every aspect of implementation of a
certain legislation from the time it is
designed up to the time it is implemented, enforced and evaluated. If
needed, then revision will be carried
out.
