We have designed and supplied bespoke and off-the-shelf units to many areas within the the food and drink industry : Swivel Joints allow fluids to be transferred across rotating interfaces , without leakage and under pressure . Big named brands along with smaller manufacturers have our units helping their processing plants , farms , dairies and breweries all run smoothly .
Simple single flow units are used in many applications including loading arms , articulated pipework and hose reelers . Some applications require articulated pipe work or hoses to allow fluids ; such as Hydraulic Power , Air ( pneumatic ) control lines , or mixed process fluids to be used on moving machinery . Swivel joints will allow the movement on a slowly rotating drum or remove the damaging effect of twisting on hoses . Engineered from 316 stainless steel for cleanliness , there is a choice of hygienic end fittings .

As all swivel joints consist of at least two separate parts , one moving within the other . The slight catchment area where the two sections meet has always been considered a problem . Rotaflow have solved this issue with the insertion of a PTFE washer , completely filling the catchment area .

DIN11864 and DIN 11853 Aseptic Unions for orbital welding
DIN11864 and 11853 unions were developed to meet the exacting needs of the food , chemical and pharmaceutical industries .
This range of unions has been developed from the three most common systems used in the hygienic and sanitary industries ; namely the “ Aseptic ” screwed union to DIN11864-1 ; the “ Aseptic ” flange union to DIN11864-2 and the “ Aseptic ” clamp union to DIN11864-3 .
Available with optional lengths to suit both orbital and manual welding , these unions have been designed to match tube and pipe specifications to DIN11866 Table A ( DIN11850 ); DIN11866 Table B ( ISO 1127 ) & DIN11866 Table C ( ASME BPE ).
Size range : 10mm to 150mm and 1 ” to 4 ” Specials are available up to 304mm
Materials : 316L SS 1.4404 and 1.4435 Specials available in Duplex and Alloy 22
