Created by New York Fashion Designer, Chompol Serimont, Moulin offers the highest standards

The menu selections were carefully designed to obtain the best in taste and inspirational presentation.
Whimsical and cabaret elements reflect the fun and

“After living in New York for 27 years,” says Chompol, “when I moved back to Bangkok I often found
that there was a lack of good Western cuisine in
Bangkok and I meant “Good” not even exquisite. I
decided why don’t I just do it. I have a passion for
good food as well as I love good food presentation.
It shouldn’t be too hard. So I did it. Living in New
York for so many years or most of my life, I found
that being in New York we are surrounded by great
restaurants with all sorts of different cuisines from all
over the world. Rarely, we will find OK food, most
often times, we would be saying this or that restaurants are amazing with great twist of cooking. New
York is a melting pot for everything whether its food
or fashion, etc. I feel like i want to bring my experience of a New Yorker to Bangkok.”
He four dishes he recommended that we try started
with the classic Caesar Salad created by Caesar Cardini in Tijuana, Mexico back in the 1920’s to cel-
ebrate the 4th of July. Crisp Romaine lettuce leaves
tossed in a dressing of Parmesan cheese, lemon
juice, olive oil, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce,
garlic and black pepper.
We then tasted Lemon Pepper Chicken, pan fried
chicken breast served in a lemon cream sauce with
black pepper corns, a selected of grilled bell pepper
and steamed veggie
They serve Grilled Salmon Steak with a Madras Curry
sauce made with cumin, coriander, caraway seeds,
black pepper, chilli powder and turmeric, served a
selection of grilled veggies.
Finally Smoked Italian Sausage Spaghetti, pieces of
Italian sausage cooked in a tomato sauce with sliced
mushroom, cherry tomatoes and smoked dry chilled
tossed in al dente spaghetti.

With Set A the selection is Seafood Bisque Soup and
Tuna Tartar with an assortment of fresh fruit. For the
main course a choice of either Grilled Salmon Steak
with Pasta in Truffle Cream Sauce or Grilled Pork
Chop with veggies and sautéed spinach. Finishing
with Chocolate Lava Cake with vanilla ice cream.
While Set B offers French Onion Gratin Soup, a
Moulin signature then a Mixed Seafood Salad. The
main course options are Duck Confit with a Blueberry Sauce or Blackened Sea Bass with a spicy Mediterranean sauce. Finishing with Coffee Panna Cotta for
