We often make it a point to tell our donors, volunteers and supporters "thank you" but ask yourself: How often do you say "thanks" to the people you work with each day?
None of us could do the work we do each day alone, so show your appreciation to your teammates! Saying it via email or text is nice, but telling a team member "thank you" in person is even better. Change it up by saying things like "We couldn't have done it without you." However you do it, show your genuine appreciation for their hard work. (And if you're wondering if it's possible to thank someone too much - remember that no one has ever complained about feeling too appreciated!)
