Deformable metal railing systems ensures maximum road safety on road areas considered dangerous . They form an active barrier , designed to absorb a substantial part of the impact forces generated by the deflection elements , resulting return of the vehicle in the direction of motion by sliding to the rims and car body along the guardrails without affecting other traffic participants .
MBS road safety guardrail are made of metal ( runners , dampers , brake calipers , etc .) assembled with screws on IPE type metal support poles . The quality of used steel is S235 JR ( OL37 ) according to SR EN 10025-2 / 2004 , corrosion protection of the whole system being achieved by immersion in molten zinc bath . Zinc layer thickness is 80 µ m .
The designing railing systems and the manufacturing technology used by Proinvest Group strictly complies with the latest Romanian and European road infrastructure standards .
The Infrastructure division produces two types of guardrail beams : SP-61 with two modules for deformable semi heavy , heavy and very heavy type , with standard lengths of 3200 , 4200 or 6200 and nonstandard according to rectangular drill and two modules sheet requests , on different sizes with oval and tear type drill .
Proinvest Group also provides acoustic barriers for highways , spiral steel tubes end pipes and also all kinds of needed accessories .
