Here is a short interview with Adrian Cristus, Development Manager at Proinvest Group. He started this project from the beginning, since 2012 to the present moment. You ' ll found out how it all started, what does this partnership means, which were the challenges encountered along the way and what led to the successful implementation of the project. Focus on Steel: How did this partnership started? Adrian Cristus: The contract was signed after a contact initiated by Bosch Rexroth in March 2012 and further negotiations that lasted four months. Focus on Steel: What does this partnership with Bosch Rextroth mean? Adrian Cristus: It is a long-term contract for the special steel profiles production dedicated to industrial automation( linear technique) obtained by cold drawing. By December 2016 it have been certified five profiles, and new ones are scheduled in 2017. Focus on Steel: What were the biggest challenges during this project? Adrian Cristus: Implementation of an integrated, live and continuous improved quality system, acquiring the know-how in a whole new field for the company, in a new field which is on European level exclusive and communication free( there are only five European companies able to produce these profiles)

Adrian Cristus: It means entering an exclusive market, international recognition of the company ' s capabilities, significant increase in turnover and real opportunities to develop the division and access to other markets in the future.
