Throughout the next few months, our
Swiss couple communicated with the
construction team, collaborating on
ideas to get the perfect design for their
Florida home.
Communication took
place and decisions were made using
today’s technology, from Skype, email,
videos, photos, and phone calls. The
process was simple! The only trip they
made to the states was to make selections for their home, which took place
all in one location – the main office of
Team Aubuchon.
Once the construction team took over, they received daily updates from their superintendent,
who was overseeing the build.
They
even had the cell number of their superintendent so they could call at any
time with questions.
The Designers from Evalutions by Aubuchon, the interior design firm under the
umbrella of Team Aubuchon, partnered
with our couple to create a unique interior design theme. Our couple had no
idea how easy this journey would be.

Once construction was complete, Caprice placed the home in a structured
vacation rental program, where tenants
would be screened properly prior to
placing them in the home. The result?
An extraordinary success!
So much
so, they are now listing their home with
Caprice, and preparing to build another
investment home.
