Asalaam walaikum to all.
The prestige FANCA 2016 tournament is back again which will be a 5-day event in Nadi from October, 12th to 16th.
At this time, I would like to thank the prominent sponsors and donors who have tirelessly helped our Association (FMSA/US) for the last two
years to prepare both masters and open Team USA to take part in FANCA. Special thanks to Mr. Narendra Narayan being a primary sponsor of
Team USA uniforms.
Moreover, this year’s FANCA 2016 will be hosted by Fiji. It takes lots of sacrifice and hard work of our board members to prepare both teams
(main and masters) to participate in FANCA in Fiji. It was a milestone for the board to archive their goal after numerous turbulence occurred
during a two-year project.
Finally, we are ready to move forward and take the best team by having the best players and officials that will represent TEAM USA. Moving on,
at this time I would like to wish all the four other nations (Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Fiji) who will participate in this FANCA 2016, all
the best. To add to this, FANCA 2016 tournament will bring all the five nations together at one platform where we all get together as friends,
families here and abroad and reunite as Muslim brothers and sisters.
Last but not least, I thank my executive board, working committee members, USA Muslim district teams, and their officials for their support and
participating in the organized Muslim tournaments.
