I will have a Snapchat account for Bertie’s Boutique. This is because Snapchat is so popular with my target audience. I will use it to post stories of dogs visiting the groomers. For example I will take pictures of them before and after having their hair cut. As well, uploading treats and drinks from our doggy café and pictures of our favourite customers throughout the day. This is a great way to engage with my customer and get them interested in our accounts.

I will also create a Facebook page for Bertie’s Boutique, on this page customers can write reviews about the company. This is always good for new customers to read so they can get a feel for Bertie's Boutique. Also, on our Facebook page customers will have easy access to all our information, for example from our store location to our email address.

Also using Facebook, will hopefully encourage an older audience as my target audience doesn’t tend to use it as much as other platforms.

I will use twitter to post pictures of our stock and I will post some inspiration pictures and tweets too. What’s great about twitter, is that you can tweet the link to the product your posting within the tweet. This way customers can purchase it straight away, making it a lot easier for them. My twitter captions will be short, snappy and engaging as you have a limited amount of characters you can use.
