ument, Coffee with a Conscience will use a variety of marketing tech-
niques to engage with the consumer. Consumer engagement is the
absolute key to this brand and the campaign
Social Media Coffee with a Conscience will be present on Facebook,
Instagram and Twitter. Posts will be daily, with videos, photos and links
to encourage the consumer to get involved with the campaign. Coffee
with a Conscience will rely heavily on social media as a key to getting
the brand out and known. Then the next step will be getting consumer
to donate, become members and visit the coffee shops.
Events Coffee with a Conscience will use events to engage the con-
sumer with the brand. This will create brand loyalty and strong relation-
ships with the consumers, allowing the brand to get to know individual
consumers. Furthermore, it allows the brand to spread through word of
mouth after the consumers leave the events and tell their friends.
