When working with high profile people and celebrities it is very important for you to gain their trust and keep it. i really get to know my clients to the point they can trust me as a friend, not just someone who's dressing them.

it's important that you know what you're doing. you are the first thing a customer sees therefore you need to dress accordingly to show them that you can actually dress yourself and others. if a client comes into your office and sees you in lounge clothing you would wear around the house, they aren't going to have a good first impression of you. therefore this is something i understand and will show my clients from the moment they walk through the door that i can dress.
Going the extra mile
linking to us being trustworthy towards our clients, it them that helping me to run my business and allowing me to do what i love. therefore kristina styles will always be willing to go above and beyond for their clients. this not only means fulfilling their needs when it comes to dressing them but also being there when they really need me. even if this means me working on a day off in order to plan an outfit for a client i will be happy to do so.
