A city of bright lights , always throbbing with life and humming with activity , the Big Apple is the ultimate city for any tourist , or basically , anyone . This bright , fun city is filled with excitement and is definitely very hard to beat .
New York ~ the type of city for any late-night shopper or any night club party-goer . Full of energy and overloaded with noise , this famous city of skyscrapers is probably one of the most active cities on the planet .
Known as the city that never sleeps , New York is famous for being bright and loud . Every morning , you would wake up to the sounds of early morning traffic noise , a cup of coffee and maybe a slice of hash brown for breakfast . As you board the train , there will be people pushing through the crowd , yelling at others trying to get through . If you drive your car to work , you will be stuck in traffic jams that seem like it will never end . There ’ s nothing bad about that ~ New York is known for being a REALLY busy place . However , that doesn ’ t deter tourists coming in from all over the world . New York ’ s too special for that .
In addition to all the fun and bright lights , New York is also known for its bizarre yet unique fashion sense . Everywhere you go , you see people who like to show bright colours , odd shoes , hats and accessories . And if all else fails , New Yorkers will bring out the big brands like Ralph Lauren or jewelry from Tiffany and Co . Overall , people in New York like to show from head to toe .

Like , how New York has the most iconic skyline in the world . That is a fact . New York has the most beautiful views at night , with the famous skyscrapers and the Empire State Building pointing towards the sky . New York also has the best musicals in the history of theatre . This singing-and-dancing interpretation of plays have become so popular New York is known for it . Many of the most innovative , memorable musicals of our time came to maturity of the Annie The Musical and Wicked . All this comes from New York . Sure , London has musicals too , but they are not as spectacular ( and as cheap ) as New York ’ s broadway .
Now , what makes New York special ? Of course everything this article just said … how the Big Apple is such a fun , unique and delicious place , but is there something that stands out that make it the world ’ s best city ? Yes ~ its so much cheaper ! Compared to London , Paris and Italy , New York has more things- at a cheaper price too ! So it ’ s for any shopper who doesn ’ t want to spend an overload and yet see everything and anything . Now this would sure leave London thinking .
