“ Australia is the fifth most overweight country in the world”

Shockingly, the prevalence of obesity in Australia has almost doubled over the past 20 years. Chloe Wang will investigate the dramatic power of obesity and unhealthy life choices in this article.
Most of you are probably sitting at home, lounging on the sofa, eating a pack of chips and watching TV after school. Little do you know that habits like these can lead to something much bigger than you would have thought. Habits such as not exercising your body enough can lead to you being overweight. We must question ourselves about our life choices and actions in order for us to live healthily.
Obesity is where we consume too much fat in our body and we can’ t burn it off. This leaves us having more body mass index than needed or technically, overweight.
