Sports fans will enjoy a visit to Audi Field, a contemporary stadium with 20,000 seats situated roughly half a mile southwest of Nats Park. While technically just outside Navy Yard’ s borders, it is easily accessible on foot from the neighborhood. The stadium hosts various local teams throughout the year, such as the DC Defenders( UFL), DC Power Football Club( Gainbridge Super League), D. C. United( MLS), and the Washington Spirit( NWSL).

One of Brogan’ s businesses, Mission Navy Yard, sits directly across from Nationals Park. The two-level cocktail bar, featuring Tex-Mex favorites, boasts a 150-foot bar stocked with tequila, mezcal, and draft beer. Live DJs take over Mission and its Miami-inspired sister bar, Royal Sands, on Friday and Saturday nights, helping transition the mood into a nightlife vibe.
A day-to-night newcomer to the area is Canton Disco. True to its name, they serve Cantonese-style duck, ribs, rice, and noodles. In the evenings— Thursday through Saturday— they clear the tables and amplify the music to create a lively disco atmosphere.
