CAPITAL ONE IAD LOUNGE
Capital One Lounge opened to customers at Washington Dulles International Airport ( IAD ) on Thursday , September 7 . The new 8,500 square-foot facility is located just beyond the airport ’ s TSA PreCheck , between the East and West Security Checkpoints . Located in Capital One ’ s hometown , the Capital One Lounge at IAD is a testament to Capital One ’ s continued commitment to the National Capital Region . To highlight some of the best of the D . C . area and give travelers an authentically local taste of the region , Capital One partnered with a range of local purveyors , designers , and artists throughout the new lounge to create a richly regional experience .
For those travelers enjoying the lounge for a longer period of time before their departing flight , the lounge offers ample workspaces and a delightful , full-service food and beverage experience with curated craft beer including Helles Lager . Enjoy delicious craft cocktails like the Cherry Blossom Margarita or if you are feeling health-conscious there are small plates to refuel before your flight .
