Di, Julia
Julia is a rising high school senior and an aspiring aerospace engineer. She has always loved reading as a child, and regards her local library as her second home. She loves writing as a way to explore the world, and secretly is a wannabe novelist. In high school, she has found room for her dual passions for science and the arts, and hopes this will be the first step for expanding herself as an artist.

Taylor Graham is a volunteer search-and-rescue dog handler in the Sierra Nevada; she and her dogs have responded to hundreds of searches for lost hikers and hunters, missing children, and victims of drowning, disaster, and homicide.
