Fluir nº1 - Renascimentos - 2018
Do any of the principles and techniques of the old
Venetian Republic have an application in the modern
world? The question cannot be answered without
deeper investigation but it is worth asking. Perhaps
some of its concepts and lessons can be used to
conceive a radically new system of government, never
seen before; another Renaissance.
