Privateers and Pirates Set Sail
Set sail on the tall ship Schooner Freedom and learn about the
privateers and pirates who sailed the waters of St. Augustine and
the coast of Florida. Our captain and crew will be joined by an
educator from the St. Augustine Pirate and Treasure Museum for a
fun, hands-on sailing experience. Help hoist the sails, hear some
amazing tales, see some artifacts, all while sailing on a real tall ship!
Once you disembark the ship, your ticket includes admission into
the St. Augustine Pirate and Treasure Museum. Tickets are $50 per
person, $30 ages 16 and under (complimentary soda, water, beer
and wine are included). Reservations suggested for this 2:15 p.m.

Cruise: Navigating By Sail
Relax and let the wind take you on a Matanzas Bay sailing
adventure aboard the Schooner Freedom. Kick back and soak
up the sun while listening to St. Augustine Lighthouse historians
explain how waterways have influenced the settlement of the
nation’s oldest city. This soothing two-hour sail departs from the
St. Augustine City Marina at 2:15 p.m. Tickets are $50 each and
include admission to the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Museum.
Complimentary water, wine, beer and soda provided -- passengers

Seminole War--Commemoration Re-Enactment
Over 50 re-enactors in period uniform retrace the stirring parade
through the city in 1842 that marked the end of the 2nd Seminole
War. The officers, soldiers and musicians escorted the remains of
the fallen from Florida’s battle fields to the garden at the St. Francis
Barracks, where they were interred with a solemn ceremony under
