June-October 2015 ONGOING EVENTS Tapestry: The Cultural Threads of First America (June 1 – September 20) This signature St. Augustine 450th Commemoration exhibition shares the story of how three intertwining cultures - Hispanic, African and Native American - came together to form the foundation of American culture and create the blended society of today’s St. Augustine. This state-of-the-art exhibition features authentic objects, original documents and interactive elements. The exhibition anchors a citywide passport program that connects visitors, residents and students with important historical sites and programs throughout St. Augustine and St. Johns County. Each week a local restaurant offers dinner for sale beginning at 6 p.m. with all items priced at $10 or less. At 7 p.m. a free two hour concert takes place in the pavilion. Admission is free. Bring a blanket or chair. Movies are rated PG & PG 13.  There will be free transportation from the St. Augustine Visitor Information Center (VIC) to and from the marina provided by the Red Trains.  Pick-ups will begin at 7:00 p.m. at the VIC (10 S.
