It is best used in Shallow water, but can be used deeper in certain situations. Everyone will have their go to baits when using the Ned Rig. For me it would normally be the J Bro's Lures Ball Point. The standard Ned Rig Bait looks like a short Senko worm. I would normally fish it on a 1/32 to 1/16 oz. Ned Rig lead head as we are looking for that stand up presentation. Of course you can up the weight depending on the needs your conditions might present.
