Besides Studium tell us a little about the Grupa Spotkanie and the projects in which you participate? What is left to do/create in order to develop a more competent way for the diagnosis of competences? POZNAN : Grupa Spokanie (translation: Group Meeting) is a training and consulting company. We conduct trainings, coaching and development programs for organisations in the field of communication skills, management, change management, customer service. We support the development of companies, but also individuals who we prepare for a profession of a trainer or we train in the field of Transactional Analysis (AT) — the concept of psychological used in organisations, education and counseling in which we specialise. We use tools and AT models for analysis, diagnosis, planning and implementation of interventions. We are currently implementing several business projects for companies in the furniture business, clothing, installation, automotive but also for one of the schools. We are also working for NGOs. Plano A: What is left to do is having all the different intervening parts in the process be heard properly. When we think of for instance the RCC, the rulings come from the state to the training centers, unidirectional and I think we should also look from the particular to the generic, I mean get to know the dynamic of schools, the dynamic of the training centers. I think that the trainers aren’t heard in the process. I have institutional representatives ‘jumping on me’ when I say that some groups of illiterate people shouldn’t be in a formal classroom environment for their learning process as if there’s no other way of giving training. I think that who designs the referentials should be visiting the places where the work is being done, let it be a school, a training center, companies, watching trainers and trainees, in order to validate their effectiveness with whoever is working with them. 27
