Who can become a participant
of Studium/ CCP certification?
POZNAN: Participant of Studium can
become any person that is interested in
working with educational/ development
groups. Acceptance of being a participant
in Studium is preceded by a consultation
in which the potential participant answers
some questions about motivations and
expectations towards the program of
Studium. We are checking not only the
qualifications of the candidate but
concordance between candidates needs
and expectations towards Studium with
the program of the Studium.
We also pay attention towards candidates
persistence and potential obstacles which
could prevent the completion of a Studium.
Very important for us is as well participant’s
readiness for personal development
and thus the functioning and analysing
emotions in the group.
Candidate should have the readiness towards
revealing his emotions and sharing stories
about personal experience connected with
being in the group.
