With romance, love for your home football team, dysfunctional family issues and internal struggles, the audience can personally connect to the audience. The film strays away from a lot of the elements of the book, making a lot of changes. Most readers would hate to see that happen, as it has been displayed in the case of even the acclaimed Harry Potter series, but with Silver Linings Playbook, these changes have made the film a lot more enjoyable. The depth of the characters in the film was very well displayed, and also spoke about elements of prevalent racism, which weren’t present in the book, and the humour is constant and present in the film even in the most serious of situations, which makes it all in all enjoyable. 4. The Social Network Based on - ‘The Accidental Billionaires’, by Ben Mezrich Accolades - Winner, Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay,2011 It is well known that even the book was a fictionalized account of the actual events behind the creation of Facebook. With that established, David Fincher does a great job at exploiting the scenarios and points of view that the book failed to explain. The book is told through the eyes of Eduardo Saverin, one of the co-founders of Facebook who was ousted and later sued the company.The movie takes multiple viewpoints, of all the people involved, including Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO and founder of Facebook, The Winklevoss twins and Sean Parker(who was fabulously played by Justin Timberlake).
