Almost 200 residents and fellows began
their health care careers on Friday, June
30, at the UofL School of Medicine Korn-
hauser Library Auditorium. That morning,
GLMS President Rob Zaring, MD, MMM, and
Board Chair John Roberts, MD, welcomed
these early career in-training residents to
their new home.

get acquainted with the UofL School of Med-
icine and other essential physician groups
in Louisville (including GLMS & KMA). After
a brief welcoming, each new physician is
guided through setting up payroll and ben-
efits for their new position. They also have
the opportunity to join GLMS and KMA for
the entirety of their residency for just $40.
This year, nearly 70 residents and fellows
joined GLMS and KMA during orientation.
