Your Roster
Listing
The deadline for GLMS members to
update their listing for the 2014-2015
GLMS Annual Pictorial Roster is Monday, June 3. You can easily do the following on the GLMS website.

Upload your latest photo.
Change office addresses, phone and fax numbers.
Change home address and phone number.
Update board certification or re-certification and
verify specialties.
Change email address.
Update referral information.

Follow these steps at the GLMS website.
1. Log in to www.glms.org. Your user name is your
member ID number, located next to your name in the
roster. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot
Password and you will receive it via email.
2. Click View My Roster Listing. A pop-up window will
appear and display the information GLMS currently has
that will be published in the roster.
3. If you have no changes, check Publish as Listed.
Otherwise, click Edit My Listing to make changes. Once
you have completed your update, click Submit Change
Request.
