FLEETDRIVE show my team. From there, I can guide them through it to reach our objectives. My teammates will look to me for direction and trust that I’ ll always motivate them.
c. I’ ve looked into the upcoming project thoroughly and already have team assignments in mind. I’ ve also devised a schedule for us to follow so that things can flow smoothly. I’ ll be around to help my team with any supporting tasks.
d. I’ d do a team meeting where we can discuss the project together and allow everyone to pick their assignments. We’ ll also build a plan together, but I’ ll allow everyone to work independently and at their own pace. In times of stress, my team can rely on me to help them stay steady.
3. Outside of work, you like to do activities that are...
a. Social. You’ ll most likely find me at an event or hosting dinners. I love being around people!
b. Energising. Taking part in sports is invigorating. It also provides an outlet for my extra energy.
c. Helpful. I like to volunteer at organisations or take part in organising group activities. You’ ll
probably find me at a hobby club or putting together something for charity.
d. Relaxing. I like to do activities that help me unwind like yoga, meditation, or hand crafts like knitting or woodwork.
4. A team member’ s performance is slowing down, possibly due to personal issues. It’ s your job to help them get back on track. What’ s your approach?
a. Take them out for a one-on-one talk. They might feel more comfortable expressing themselves outside the office. After discussing it privately, we’ ll open up what we can to the team and collaborate for a solution.
b. Talk to them privately and assess how we can face the situation head-on. I’ ll also be there to motivate them and help them until they get back on their feet.
c. Politely ask how they are and schedule a private talk. I’ ll also offer help on any tasks and check in on them every now and then.
d. Gently and privately make them aware of their performance. I’ ll let them take a leave if needed and let the team know that their team member may need to step back for a bit.
