FLEETDRIVE Adjacent to this Program is our Corporate Employee Professional Development Program whereby we provide our corporate employees with 5 % of their base salary annually plus 38 hours of L & D Leave to be used purely for their individual professional learning and development .
Impact : This Program recognises diversity in our workplace as it has been designed to meet a wide range of learning preferences as described above . The Program has also contributed to the retention of our people and is a point of difference within our Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand . Feedback from our most recent Employee Engagement Survey indicate a large percentage of our people strongly agree our Learning Program is meaningful and beneficial to their work and in regards to the question of “ What are some things we do great here ?” there is extensive reference to our Learning Excellence Program including the following comments :
“ Pedders online training courses are great ”
“ The Training really helps me especially offering meaningful and beneficial training for selfimprovement ,
management and dealing with difficult conversations .”
“ People Management training is great .”
The Program has also proven to be a strong candidate attraction tool in recognition of the growing need to
attract quality candidates to our industry and workplace , and to retain them .
