“ One of the key objectives is understanding the sustainability strategy of the company or government agency . Do they have a net zero target ? Is it 2030 , 2040 or2050 ? What are their fleet transition plans to align with this ?”
According to him , focusing on immediate opportunities for replacement with existing EV models and planning for future availability is important .
“ Look at where the early wins are with transitioning your fleet with vehicles that are available today , and then the industry will all work together for commercial vehicles in the future .”

“ Ten years ago , in Australia we had a very small range of vehicles . Some of the cars that Hyundai and our competitors are launching today have driving ranges similar to a petrol vehicle .
Beyond this , Hyundai is leading the way with faster charging solutions and robust safety features .
“ The cars are very safe with active and passive safety features ,” explained Nargar .
