Since completing the Diploma , certain goals changed for Andrew .

“ After completing the Diploma , it gave me the confidence and knowledge to embrace other career opportunities such as : Asset Management , Project Management [,] and Contracts Management .”
“ The course has provided a fundamental understanding of business [ and ] leadership principles and tools to explore other career paths .”
“ Prior to doing the course I didn ’ t have the confidence and knowledge to diversify into other professional disciplines .”
Furthermore , he says the Diploma has helped develop his existing strengths and allowed him to address some of his weaknesses as a leader in the workplace .
“ The Diploma has provided the opportunity to embrace a better understanding of emotional intelligen [ ce ]. Since the course , I have been fortunate to undertake further education in MSCEIT and LSI personal development programs .”
“ This has enabled me to identify my strengths and weaknesses and establish an action plan to continually improve .”
When asked what advice he would give to people who are interested in taking the Diploma , Andrew has a short but sweet answer :
