promises made on the first of the year are soon
forgotten. You don’t need to make a resolution to
improve your life, as there are many simple
changes you can make at any time. To be happy
and healthy does not require a lot of money or
time – just a little desire and motivation.

ber of health problems and worsens any med-
ical condition. Don’t take any stress which
leads to breakdowns and various health issues.

will definitely respect you. Practice build-
ing self-awareness, discover what you are
willing to do and what you don’t want to do

your fitness goal and people will start re-
specting you for whatever you will do.
•
Eat good food: Junk Food also tends to
be high in fats as well as sugars, both of which
can lead to weight gain, so it cannot tone up
your muscles. It is heavy for your stomach and
could cause indigestion, other gastrointestinal
issues. So always prioritize good/home make
food which leads to positive body results.
•
Sleeping: If you don’t get enough
sleep, everything else will suffer. Sleep gives
your body a time to recover, conserve en-
ergy, and build up the muscles worked dur-
ing exercise. When we get enough good
quality sleep, the body produces growth
hormone. So aim for improved sleep first
before trying any other life strategies.
