The second one is more along the lines of , '' Okay , seriously , time to get up .” I take a moment to let out a huge stretch , making some kind of weird noise . Don ' t ask me why I make a noise , cause I ' m not sure myself . It just makes the stretch so much better . As soon as I get up , the first thing I do is make my bed . Lastly , I top it with fruit ( berries , apples , or banana ) and then nuts or nut butter . Natural , CHUNKY , and I repeat , CHUNKY , peanut butter is my favorite ( drooling thinking about it ). The meal is simple , nutritious , filling , and the bomb . com . Of course ,

I check my phone after I sit down for breakfast . There ' s usually emails , texts , and other notifications I respond to . I used to check my phone in bed as soon as I woke up but I ' ve shied away from that habit . It ' s nice to wake up with a clear mindset to start the day . My dog usually comes stumbling out of my parent ' s room around this time , all sleepy and disheveled . The little guy is a 13-year-old Jack Russell terrier .. my little grandpa . I let him outside to do his morning business , and when he ' s done he comes back inside looking for his Beggin ' treats . The deed done , he clearly wants a reward .
After breakfast I quickly wash up in the bathroom ; brush my teeth and wash my face . I tie my sneakers and grab my water jug . If you ' ve seen me around Fitness Incentive , chances are you ' ve seen me carrying around my gallon . It goes everywhere with me . I make sure I pet and kiss my dog a few extra times , and then I ' m off for the day . My morning routine takes about an hour to complete . There ' s no rushing around . It ' s more of a time of self-care . The whole point is happiness , so my
