CVarsity athletes , as well as collegebound students ! Join me , Jillian Jacinth , this summer to get up , get moving , and get fit ! My approach to FITeen training is to get the younger generation excited about both fitness and living a healthy lifestyle . It is important to spark an interest in the younger kids to want to be active . The goal is to instill a lifelong passion for exercise . I am excited to say that we will be offering classes for many age groups , so please keep an eye out for the most up to date schedule . We are also offering group exercise , student-athlete clinics , team training classes and birthday parties .

Here ' s what we offer :
The regular FITeen classes include 30 minutes on the cardio deck , followed by 15 minutes of strength and stretch movement . Spinning is 30 minutes . Check the FI class schedule for days and times .
Ages 6-8 focuses is to get the kids moving while having fun .
Ages 9-13 still hits on the aspect of fun , but this age group can begin to understand the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle as well as exercising . We start showing kids how to use the equipment at the gym , focusing predominately on the cardio equipment as well as some weight lifting . At the age of 14 your teenager can have a full gym membership , so the age 9- 13 training prepares them to work out on their own with useful knowledge of the equipment .
FITeen Student-Athlete Clinics focus on sports-specific training and preparation . Getting incoming college freshmen ready for the challenge of college sports is one of our specialties . Private , semi-private and group training are available .
As a former collegiate athlete and now personal trainer I work hands on with the young FITeen athletes to teach them how to use the equipment at the gym , build workouts , as well as prepare them for their specific sports .
Our Strength and Conditioning classes make use of the weights while emphasizing proper form .
We use different training devices such as ladders , gates , boxes as well as resistance bands to increase both speed and agility . I will also use this training to give some insight into collegiate athletics .
Fitkids Birthday Parties have endless possibilities ! Mini-trampolines , spin , relay races , balloon volleyball , parachutes and more . One and a half hours , includes pizza and juice . FitKids Birthday Party Cost : Minimum 12 guests $ 275 , each additional guest $ 15 .

many different ways , but the one person that has been consistently there for me , besides Eileen , has been my good friend Michelle Matthews . Michelle and I met last year in the contest , we were teammates and became good friends . We train together 3-times a week , support and challenge each other to keep going and reach our goals . It is so nice to have a friend to train with that keeps you motivated . I have met so many strong women through this journey who inspire and motivate me to keep going . There are too many to name them all , but I am so happy to be able to call them my friend .
My husband and children give me the most support . The kids always threaten to call Eileen or Jillian if they think I am eating something I shouldn ’ t . They make sure I make it to the gym and get my workouts in . Someday , I hope that they will follow my healthy lifestyle and desire to get stronger . I know that they see the changes in me and are proud of me . My husband is so proud of all I have accomplished and how I did it . He sometimes tells me I am getting too thin , but I am just getting leaner and healthier , not skinny . We still have a couple of weeks in the Fantastic Four and Beyond competition , before the second half starts . I still have more body fat to lose , more lean muscle to gain and challenges to conquer . I now have new goals to reach , and will not stop till I do . I am unstoppable in my pursuit of my goals because my desire is so strong . I hope to be the winner of the Fantastic Four because that was one of my goals , but as long as I know deep down that I did my best and never gave up , I ' ve already won . I won with the incredible transformation that I have created , and that is why I am a winner . Now on to conquer my new goals .
Speed and Agility training focuses on developing proper running mechanics as well as agility training for specific sports .
Jillian Jacinth is a certified Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer . She heads the FITeen Program at Fitness Incentive .
Dolores Falco is an FI Member who trains with Eileen Jacinth . She was the 3rd Most Improved Individual in the 2015 Fantastic Four challenge .
