Lauren DiNapoli, although a newcomer to
the spin program, is already hooked. “I
really like your class and I keep coming
back because I love how motivating you
are as you teach. You always push us and
at the end of the class I always feel as if I
tried so hard and got a great work out! I
love the tracks you play and your
knowledge of the class..and of course I
always have a blast!”

incredibly welcoming, and I am
thankful to have found a gym that has
made my transition easy. The people
that come to my classes make ME want
to work harder, get stronger, and be
better.
I love indoor cycling for many reasons.
Every class is a challenge to your body
and it is a fantastic cardio workout. I
am a little biased, so I asked a few
people why they kept coming back to
spinning classes. Cassie Mercurio, an
avid spinner, said, “Well, I spin for a
few reasons. I find other means of

utside of the daunting dark room,
you might hear a high-pitched
voice on a microphone yell, “Turn
it up! More! More!” while the music plays
in the background. You might walk away
shaking your head, wondering why
people go in that room to take a spinning
class.
My love of spinning started in college.
With the motivation from a few f ɥ
