Standing Shoulder Stretch
Set up - Stand upright with your feet shoulder width apart . Action - Bring one arm across your chest and with your opposite arm hold it above or below your elbow until you feel tension in the shoulder of the arm that is across the body . - Repeat on the opposite side .
Standing Chest Stretch
Set up - Place chest against a wall and place one arm at shoulder height flat against the wall . Action - Turn your body away from the wall and hold when you feel tension across the chest and shoulder of the arm that is in contact with the wall . - Repeat on the opposite side .
