August Catfish action is shifting into high gear in lakes, ponds and rivers throughout Northern California and in the Delta. Three- year-old Nolan Moua and his dad, Chris Moua of Sacramento, teamed up to catch this channel catfish at the fishing clinic sponsored by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife’s Fishing in the City program at Hagan Community Park in Rancho Cordova on June 6.
