SACRAMENTO INTERNATIONAL
SPORTSMEN’S EXPOSITION
JAN. 17-20, 2019!
F
or the 32nd year in a row, the Interna-
tional Sportsmen’s Exposition or ISE
Show is rolling into Sacramento’s Cal Expo
this January!
ISE has organized the most acclaimed
sportsman’s and outdoor shows in the
western United States since 1975. ISE’s
four expos kick-off each new year spot-
The Fish Sniffer Will Give Away
Rods & Reels from Daiwa,
Okuma & Vance’s Tackle at
Booth No. 3234!
I
f you want to earn the best incen-
tives at the Sacramento ISE Show,
bar none, stop by the Fish Sniffer
booth! And of course, our incentives
come with a subscription to the Fish
Sniffer, the hardest hitting, most in
depth fishing magazine on West Coast!
So, what do we have to offer? I’ll
assume that since you are reading this
you already know that the Fish Sniffer
is published every other week, 26 times
a year and that we cover both the fresh-
water and saltwater fishing scenes here
in the Golden State and beyond. And
I’m sure you are aware that we provide
a long list of location specific fishing
reports in addition to fishing features,
map features, how to articles, conserva-
tion articles and product reviews.
All this stuff is a given and you can
get it all by buying a subscription over
the phone, through the mail or online
or you can even buy the magazine one
issue at a time over the counter at one
of our hundreds of retail outlets. Yet
if you buy your subscription at this
year’s ISE Show you’ll get all this great
information, but you’ll also share in
all the great incentives that we GIVE
AWAY with subscriptions purchased at
the show.
And this year you have a choice
between buying the tried and true,
much loved print edition of the Fish
Sniffer or you can save money and opt
for a digital
subscription to
the magazine
that you can
read on your
phone, pad
or desktop
computer!
You can
learn more
about this
cutting edge
option at our booth!
This year, we’ve got a bunch of
fishing rods and reels to give away to
our supporters and as anyone that has
stopped by our ISE booth will certainly
attest our tackle not the low end bargain
basement models that some outfits pass
out.
This year we’ll be supplying our
subscribers with saltwater and freshwater
rods and reels from a variety of different
manufacturers such as Daiwa, Okuma,
Cousins Tackle and Vance’s Tackle!
Do you need fishing line? That’s a
stupid question, of course you do. With
a subscription to the Fish Sniffer you’ll
receive a filler spool of premium P-Line!
Dang it, I’m running out of space
and I’ve just scratched the surface. In
addition to the incentives I’ve mentioned
we’ve got a lot of other items being
shipped to Fish Sniffer Headquarters as I
write these lines….See you at Cal Expo!
lighting thousands of products
and services from a long list
of companies and offering
more than 100,000 sportsman
attendees the largest, finest
face-to-face outdoor marketplace
available.
Free seminars, contests and hands-on
show features educate and inspire attend-
ees--newcomer to expert, youth to senior,
man and woman--to begin their next
outdoor adventure.
Of course, the Fish Sniffer will be
attending the show and you will find the
big Fish Sniffer booth in the main fishing
building. As always, Team Fish Sniffer
will be offering the best incentives at the
show. Free fishing rods, reels and more
will be given away with subscriptions to
the Fish Sniffer, the hardest hitting, most
in depth fishing magazine on West Coast.
Of special interest, is the fact that in
addition to the print subscriptions the
Fish Sniffer has always offered at the show,
Team Fish Sniffer will also be offering
digital subscriptions that you can read on
the go on a pad or smart phone. Stop by the
Fish Sniffer booth to learn more about this
cutting-edge development!
This year the Sacramento ISE Show kicks
off on January 17 and wraps up on January
20. Hours on Thursday and Friday are from
11 in the morning until 8 in the evening. On
Saturday show hours are 10 in the morning

Feel the Bite with
Rogue’s Rods Handcrafted
American Made Quality!
R
ogue Rods is a fishing rod
manufacturer located in Southern
Oregon on the famous Rogue River. They
have been in
the business
since 2005
and are one
of the few
American
rod manu-
facturing
companies
rolling their
own blanks
and building
fine rods
right here in
the USA.
Rogue’s
crafts people
take pride
in every rod they assemble by hand. They
start with a special blend of graphite and
resins, then precisely cut and apply each
sheet of graphite to a mandrel.
Using the 5-Dimension Blank Design:
Length, Diameter, Taper, Wall Thickness
and Material they create the right blank.
When the rod blanks are completed and
finished, techs assemble each rod with
quality components and wrap each rod
one thread
at a time.
Throughout
this process,
the finished
rods go
through
many levels
of inspection
to insure
consistency
and the
highest level
of quality.
“Feel
The Bite”
– due to the
sensitivity
of the tips on Rogue Rods, you can feel
the difference between rocks, sand, sticks
and everything else in the water, and that
subtle pause or bump that means a bite .
You find Rogue Rods in Booth No. 3218
at the ISE Show this January or you can
visit them online at RogueRods.com.
