standards for personal and professional conduct
and expect your people to do the same every day.
“Perhaps the surest test of an individual’s
integrity is his refusal to do or say anything that
would damage his self-respect.” - Thomas. S.
“The end of THE END is the best place to begin
THE END because if you read THE END from the
beginning of the beginning of THE END to the end
of the end of THE END, you will arrive at the end.”
Lemony Snicket, “The End.”

Be, know and do everything you ask of others
below you. Don’t ask or expect others to do
something you haven’t done or wouldn’t do
yourself. Get your hands dirty. You expect personal
and professional competence, courage,
compassion, integrity, ethical behavior, selflessness,
respect, resilience, work ethic and persistence and
passion from others, then walk- the-talk.
Always give 100 percent effort.
“Baseball is ninety percent mental and the
other half is physical.” Yogi Berra
The best example of this great work ethic is the
following quote: “Every morning in Africa, a gazelle
awakens. It knows that it must out run the fastest
lion that day or be eaten. Every morning in Africa, a
lion also awakens. It knows that it must outrun the
slowest gazelle or starve to death. The moral of the
story is this: whether you are a gazelle or a lion,
when you wake up, you had better be running.”
African folk proverb.
“Ninety-nine percent of the failures come from
people who have a habit of making excuses.
- George Washington Carver
Remember to give 100% to yourself and family
when not at the job. No need to ‘run’ full-speed
then. Relax. Enjoy. Refresh. Meditate. Power naps
work. Mind. Body. Spirit (Soul).
