Various sources of local and regional information were tapped into to ensure
comprehensiveness of information gathered, cross-checking with primary data and to allow
analysis based on various perspectives.
Secondary research commenced with the identification of all the past studies that have been
conducted by other government agencies / educational institutions on this industry. Accessible
past studies were reviewed to identify existing information that can be used for this study to
ensure that the data gathering process will be targeted at information currently not available.
Sources of secondary information included, but not limited to:
1. Past studies on the industries (as mentioned above)
2. Data and publications from relevant government agencies and educational / training
institutions
3. Data and publications from government agencies / industry leaders / educational
