Project Methodology The information for the study was obtained from a myriad of primary and secondary sources to allow information cross-checking along the way for higher level of accuracy as well as to have deeper understanding of key findings. 5.1 Regular consultation and update with key stakeholders Consultation and information gathering with all relevant stakeholders (ILMIA and industry associations) was an important part of this project, especially at the commencement period to further understand the specific needs and issues, as well as clarify on existing information and preliminary hypotheses. The consultation also ensured that primary and secondary research are conducted in a more targeted and effective manner, and would be consistently aligned to the overall objectives. In addition, this information sharing and update session was able to facilitate a better understanding of the market and enabled us to focus on the key areas rather than ‘reinventing the wheel’. There were regular progress updates and discussions with the stakeholders throughout the duration of the project to ensure all issues were resolved promptly and initial findings were discussed from time to time.
