Existing conversion programmers can be replicated across other professional services sectors and expanded to include high growth areas and experienced job levels. At the same time, more initiatives need to be undertaken to raise awareness of these conversion programmes. Example 1 – Conversion Program for mid-career switchers Under the Adapt and Grow initiative, Workforce Singapore has launched more than 10 Professional MOHR, Conversion Programmes (PCPs) relevant to Industry Initiative Professional Services. 2.2 Associations, Example 2 - MICPA Conversion Program for graduates TalentCorp Specifically designed for non-accounting graduates who are interested to pursue a career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA). H M Example 3 – Conversion Program for graduates PwC offers Aspiring Accountants Programme (AAP) which is designed for non-accounting graduates to encourage them to embark on a career in accounting.
