Case Study: SmartLaw in Singapore
OBJECTIVE
To recognise law firms which have adopted
technology to improve productivity and
encourage more law firms to come on board
MECHANISM
Singapore law practices (SLPs) who have adopted the following technology to improve productivity
will be recognised as a SmartLaw SLP and will be allowed to use the SmartLaw logo on their website
and marketing collaterals.

Practice management or accounting software
Online knowledge management database
Online presence (whether through a marketing portal or having their own dedicated website)
ACHIEVEMENT
Since the commencement of the SmartLaw recognition scheme, 38 law firms have been awarded
SmartLaw certification.
