National Employment Returns (NER) 2018 Of the job vacancies across all job categories (refer to Figure 4.12), both Managers and Skilled Agricultural, Forestry, Livestock & Fishery Workers categories had the highest hard-to-fill vacancies at 68% each, followed by Technicians & Associate Professionals at 67%. Only Clerical Support Workers category reported a low percentage of hard-to-fill vacancies at 39%.
