Among the employees who have attended training over the past 12 months, employees within the high-
skilled job categories accounted the most at a total of 56% as presented in Figure 3.11. The breakdown
between the attendance of in-house and external training highlights that most of the training attended
by the employees across all job categories were in-house training (>50%), with Managers category
having the most employees attended external training at 48%, while Professionals category have the
most employees attended a mixture of in-house and external training.
